Form 15? Hilarious. The last SEC suspended company that tried that was revoked almost immediately, which was long before the Form 15 became effective. All it does is demonstrate to the SEC staff they do not now, and almost certainly never did, have any intention of filing anything.

If it wasn't clear before, it certainly is now. DDCC is done.
