ugly man, I'm not a basher, but dilution is killing the stock and there's no doubt the Company is releasing 8-K's after the dilution is occurring and releasing PR's in the face of relentless dilution...I watched it all day, wit VERT & ASCM who really didnt move off the ask all day, showing 10k shares...hope it works out for everyone involved because I hate seeing people lose their hard earned money...then the company will go quiet for a few days and everyone will be hoping for a PR announcing download #'s...see it all the time on the PINKs
