Dan O'Connor, have you learned that the market does not care for some of your actions that have arguably been greedy, self-serving and unethical? You have paid yourself extremely well at odds with the interests of your investors who have seen 40% shareholder value destruction under your watch. Shame on you. Please do us all a favor and step down - you at least owe that much to your investors. At this point, your presense is hurting the company's ability to negotiate an accretive.
