In the most recent 8ks they have specified:

we issued x shares of common stock to one entity pursuant to the conversion of a certain convertible debenture dated July 20, 2016

So I believe the past 2 or 3 tranches have been towards this note. In another 8k they referred to a June 27, 2015 note. And in most of the 8ks, they haven't mentioned any specific notes.

I'm not sure why they are paying off notes that aren't due for 3 or 4 more years.
