Yes Cheryl I have seen this happen too many times before especially with penny stocks because market makers aren't held to the same standards as "real stocks" like ones trading on NYSE or NASDAQ

Even a broker at E-trade mentioned how much crap MM's can pull.

I know that MM'S monitor this hub that's why they changed and lowered the Bid yesterday at the end of the day. So hopefully now they know that they're going to be scrutinized at some point and hopefully soon.

I told finra that they were doing price manipulation and to look into that particular aspect
