It's funny u say that. I spoke to Oravec today and he said he is receiving 250 plus e-mails per day regarding DOLV. Ihub drives a lot of activity...lol.

While he cldnt say much for obvious reasons, I was able to gather some good information that hopefully will stop some of the noise and anxiety here.

1. The ticker change has NOT been rejected by FINRA and is still pending. FINRA currently has one clerk processing the ticker changes and they are extremely backed up.
2. The pending lawsuit has NO bearing on the ticker change as we are the PLAINTIFF.
3. The Executive Team is not concerned about the daily PPS action on DOLV. They are very busy running this growing company.
4. The company description on OTCMARKETS.COM is 100% accurate. We are indeed and EV and battery company.
5. The company will provide shareholders an update in due time. He wld not commit to a time line.

I hope this helps some here relax and not get so caught up in the day to day PPS fluctuations. It's all a part of trading on the OTC.

We are in good hands here. The Executive Team is highly skilled and extremely well connected in China.
