8k I don't understand at all thats what I'm reading up on now I invested in a company rexx and they did that which I end up paying and ended up without a stock holding any longer I was very confused! I bought it at 1.50 a share had it bout a year it dropped .50 then the reverse split! I was left owing etrade and no longer a share holder! why?
