You got to be kidding the whole board here with that statement, Xtrn has zero assets, no means to make any money, diluted shares, and the only train man (Barron) has jumped ship to focus on xree...

Now all of a sudden they are going to buy some train freight company???

Ok ok I can see this happening if they can find a freight company who is making no money and wants to merge into a publicly traded company so they can dilute billions of shares to pay salaries and bonuses... but that's the only scenario I see right now...
