normally I do 5-6 trades a day, but yesterday I bought SPY call on the first drop and it went against me fast. So no more trades.

I did end up getting out at close with .08 gain(was down at least .30)
The one time I didn't hold overnight.

Bot SPY 244 call @ .53 tighter stop today!

Life is too short to drink bad beer.
