I think you may be on the mark there.

In the page BaBaBooey posted it looks like there version is electric. It says 72 V in the table. That makes me wonder if Guangxi Jiuxingxing New Energy Vehicle Technology Co made a deal to use ZJMY's technology with their own logo, and in return, they produce V5s for ZJMY. Again, another win-win colloboration. Just a thought imo.
