this is all still in the works as the first update only happened 10 days ago when Simon Yu was appointed management of CSCE on NV SOS. This was confirmed by Sincerely via email (look at the sticky post)

My 1st guess was Simon Yu of Cakecodes as there is a lot of recent news pointing to financing in the Spring of 2017. I sent an email to the company a few days ago and they said their Simon yu had nothing to do with CSCE

After that bit of DD, we went on the search for the next most likely Simon Yu. Penny stock management tend to stay to what they know best, penny stocks. So I searched 'Simon Yu and OTC' and that's when Simon F Yu hit my radar. I saw the connection to SGMD and that he has access to a lot of up and coming companies. When you search Simon F Yu, the COO from SGMD, it's odd that none of his profile pages list SGMD COO under his experience. A few key points about this Simon:
1) he's a CEO/Founder of at least one private company (HiredOn)
2) he has some sort of connection to our majority stakeholder, brick (NYC post 9408)
3) he's currently the COO of another OTC stock at this time as well as sits on the advisory board (SGMD)
4) he's an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at CSU (cal state u)
5) he's a venture mentor at Marshall Greif Incubator at USC (u of so cal)

Our next update only happened yesterday when NV SOS updated the company name from Cascade Energy to Cannabis Strategic Ventures. SGMD recently started to focus on Cannabis. Another potential connection seeing how we now have a direction for CSCE, weed.

There is another Simon Yu I came across in the pot world, but the news coming out of that company is dated. If you search Simon Yu and cannabis, you might find a Canadian Simon Yu from Organagreen. I found an old Wix site from 2014, but that seemed to be the end of the data. That company already had a financier in place, Doventi. CSCC's stakeholder is Brick (announced in the latest Q report on pinksheets.com). By searching Doventi's portfolio, I found that Organagreen changed it's name to Grey Bruce Farms; http://www.gbfarms.ca/

This site is from 2016, not a newly announced company ready to go public, nor is it named Cannabis Strategic Ventures. 4 things lead me this is not our company:
1) it's out of Canada(any long here will tell you why CSCE and Canada don't mix
2) the information is dated (not new)
3) CSCE majority stakeholder is Brick, not Doventi
4) If you do an IP search on Cannabisstrategicventures.com or Cannabisstrategic.com, you will see the IP is out of California. Another sign that our Simon Yu is out of Cali and not Canada.

Still digging around. I'm curious to see when the ask slapping stars as the public float is only 3.8 million and there is no convertible debt to stop any momentum here.

the above is all IMHO (consider this my safe harbor statement)
