If you want to believe the federal gov't is leaving it up to the states and the attorney genersl Jeff Sessions policies are not hurting marijuana stocks, go right on believing that.

Sessions needs to be gone before these stocks really take off. Very important open hearing today at 2:30 that could put his job in danger.
