First i will say i treated the buyout by XREE as shares buyback by parent company with a price at 12000% higher than the pre buyback share price !

some detailed dd as followings :

1, 60% shares buyback at0.012/share by Parent Company XREE , among these 60% xtrn shares most of which were owned by insiders , and some of these shares owned by insiders were bought or issued or compensated at 2$/share,1$/share,or 0.07$/share, and most of these shares will be buyback by the parent company XREE.

3, XTRN o/s shares sharply reduced to 40% of the old o/s and there will be no dilution in the following weeks after the buyback of 60% o/s by parent company XRER, because no company will do dilution while they are doing shares buyback or just after their share buyback . no company will dilute themselves when they just own 60% of the o/s .

And all these shares shorted have to be covered before the ticker name change happen , and all people including me never thought there is ticker name change plan from the company after the shares buyback of 60% . People never thought the company will do all the following things at the same time:

If you re one business man you will know how busy and how tight the train freight business from Asian countries to USA , the container vessels are daily busy lining up on the Harbour of LA , lining up and waiting their containers be put on the trains but the trains are busy and the space of the train are tight ,so many of the containers have to be waiting on the container yard of the harbour but there are only 3 free days from the harbour , after 3 days the harbour will charge around 300 dollar per day , even if the vessel company can pay for you but many customer still need to wait more than 10 days when their containers finally can get on the train . I believe the company know XTRN will make huge money when they change xtrn to do train freight business . but not any company have right to do train freight business , if XTRN has the right to do train freight business then xtrn will be uplisted to big board .

The company do huge things quietly and do not announce these huge things as pr , such as a/s sharply reduce from 10 billion shares to 5 billion shares ! why ? people might continue shorting shares, the more the shorting happen , the higher the share price will be ,when ticker name and CUSIP NUMBER change .


My remark:
one of the biggest business in the world 10 years ago were train business including passenger train business and freight train business . even Warrent Buffet still likes owning big stake of USA rail company . but i can say even right now today passenger train business especially train freight business are still big business because no transportation tool can replace train carrying big amount of containers .
