FLPC was hitting .08 range with about 20-50mill volume in 2014. O/S was between 700-800mill at the time vs the 1.4bill right now so almost half of what it is now. But a lot of the shares in the O/S now you can see are insiders via the Form 4s buying at .062, .005, .001, .004 etc. Then in 2015 they went dark, and are now just coming back around. I think a lot of holders are still in the .01+ range. Plus insiders are holding at higher than this pps.
