ANI Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ANIP) filed a Form 8K - Other Events - with the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission on June 12, 2017. On June 12, 2017, ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("ANI" or the "Company") filed a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (the "Registration Statement") with the Securities and Exchange Commission which, when declared effective by the SEC, will allow ANI to offer and sell, from time to time, up to an aggregate of $350 million of securities.
