BTW IMUC S1 filed early today: some nuance: even MORE OVERHANG: IMUC didn't even sell previous $14 mln Cantor Fitx subject to completion well over 3 mos ago and now MORE to sell in the way of Conv Pfd units. Some info on their Ph3 trial for some to look at!
