Perhaps you basher's should contact the former CEO and ask why he never applied to be DTC eligible. Maybe same reason he increased the A/S

Wow, frankly, I never even heard of the former CEO, until some time after I bought into this on March 13. All I knew was that this was a, supposed, re-launch with plans of MJ related things in the Naomi Village Resort.

But I don't get it. Yes, I've read how the former CEO messed things up but James took over for him on Jan. 23, 2016.

On January 23, 2016, James Tilton was appointed to our board of directors. Thereafter Steven Baritz resigned as a director. On the same date, James Tilton was appointed by our board of directors to replace Steven Baritz as our president, principal executive officer, secretary, treasurer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. At the time of Mr. Baritz's resignation as a director and when he was replaced as an officer, Mr. Baritz did not have any disagreements with us relating to our operations, policies or practices.

Thus James, himself, has had 17 months to get that DTC eligibility issue fixed as well as getting NSAV current with removal of the stop sign. Why did that DTC Chill/eligibility just become an issue NOW if it was so important so that we could get in more investors? He really seems to love pointing the finger of blame at others.

Must get back to work. Perhaps you basher's should phone Max or Jerry to rent a cottage at Naomi. I'll be busy building a warehouse there.

We'll see. And if that "Pocono's Grow Operation" is still gonna happen there, then GREAT! Still skeptical about the whole thing though. time will tell.

In fact, would be nice to see some pictures of where that warehouse will be built. Would be great to keep us updated on the building progress, not just via tweets but via PHOTOGRAPHS.

Oh, and if Jerry Jei (auction winner) is, indeed, a friend of Jane, or whoever, and CHIF is still in control of Naomi, then great!! That is good news. Doesn't change the fact that, unless Jerry was the only person there, someone ELSE could have won!!

Anyhow, at least the issue seems to be finally getting resolved. (Yet, now I'm wondering. Is Jerry Jei a part of CHIF? Does this mean CHIF no longer owns Naomi Village resort? I'm confused again. ;-()

But there is still this wondering of mine as to why James re-launched this when he did and didn't wait a couple months until we were current, until we were DTC eligible and until after the Naomi Village auction? If he had, things probably would have turned out differently and the pps would be much, much higher by now.
