I e-mailed FINRA last week asking about DOLV. They replied stating they legally cannot divulge ANY information.
I replied hoping for an explanation as to what is taking so long. They again told me that they legally cannot divulge any information at all.
They gave me a link to their site which explains why ticker and name changes MIGHT take longer than others. The responder made it clear that regardless of what the link says does not mean that is what the issue is with DOLV.
Anybody can go to the FINRA site and read it.
