Just curious as to the differences in the date format from the PR and the 10Q. Why do they not stick to a consistent format to help us who get confused?

Both facilities will utilize Quantum Materials Corp’s proprietary high-volume continuous-flow quantum dot manufacturing technology to produce heavy metal-free quantum dots in consistent and scalable volumes. Embedding quantum dot production regionally will allow QMA to customize QD characteristics and optimize manufacturing efficiencies and supply chain logistics to meet the needs of major display component manufacturers in the region. Construction on both facilities will start in the third quarter of 2017.

Could this mean third quarter of fiscal year 2017, 1st quarter of the year 2017? Did they start construction shortly after the PR?

Quantum Materials Asia intends to initiate production in the second quarter of our fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.

4th quarter production would be consistent if construction was started in early 2017. About 1 year is sufficient time to build a facility.
