Only a matter of time before it bottoms out again at just above .30 and likely touches/tests the upper .20s. Accum/Distribution indicator is near all time lows indicating no accumulation. No insider buying, so no one in management appears to think it is going to appreciate any time soon. MACD indicator has dove and is now all negative.

Bottom-line, nothing minus news will cause any appreciation and given the dilution with all of the warrants, will likely depreciate over the next few months back down to upper .20s.

Carl Spana is one of the absolute best examples of fat cat CEOs. Pays himself and his senior managers a huge salary for little to no results, especially for any shareholders. Companies/Financiers refuse to give him good terms anymore and the overall loss of the company thus far is epic.
