My speculation is that they have completed a large buyback, thus "creating" alot less PFD's.

For example, if BKMP announces a 6.7B buyback monday morning (leaving 6.7B outstanding), that would cut the number of PFD's created in half.

All thoughts posted here are just that.. mindless ramblings that are only my opinion!
