The guy is masterful at science and an idiot with the market and support of investors.. which is critical to success. Private Placement pricing below the $5 which was the basis for the reverse split in the first place... tends to show the hand of someone that has not a clue...
No.. .repeate... no excuse for pricing that offer below $5 bucks.
UNLESS you ... CTSO... wanted to push the price back so that someone could take advantage of it. Only reason that I see to do so. Which would be using the "M" word... that us little retail investors hate... MANIPULATION
