One can only assume that there will be a delay comparable to the 10-K filing, which was several months late. What is more concerning is no PRs about that long-awaited production or yields -- this is the company that promised us to be cashflow positive 18 days from today, yet all they have produced so far is silence. Sure, one may argue that they are holding back until they are current on filings, but right now the dilution has stopped due to delinquency and this would be exactly the time to boost the PPS with strong PRs. Whom am I kidding though, if they knew how to play their PR game right, we would not have been in this shithole of a situation to begin with.
