STUART BURCHILL'S ARREST--NEED CLARIFICATION
It does read that Stuart Burchill was Arrested on 11/04/02 for an alleged fraud offense. It says that there were 2 charges of WORTHLESS CHECK CAPIAS. It does not say either way whether Stuart Burchill was convicted or not convicted.
Stuart Burchill should clarify what happened on 11/04/02, including details of the charges and what further action, if any, was taken by the courts or by the police.
Also, since he is asking you to invest with him I would like to know if Industrial Nanotech has any lawsuits filed against it at this time.
