It might be a "cashless basis" but he exchanged (sold) stock at a high to exercise the warrant and receive (buy) more stock at a bargain price.

It wasn't a big enough transaction to be materially dilutive but it would have been bullish if he had just paid cash for the cheap stock and not exchanged at a high point.

I don't blame him. I sold at $1.84 and $1.85 last week but I don't get to buy back in at a bargain price.

If xxii goes down a bit more I will likely reload.
