March-May-1st week of June. The last pic is the difference between planting the sets I got from Dixondale Farms, http://www.dixondalefarms.com/ and mine from seed. I planted the first set from seeds too early, and had to re-plant.
I've also learned a valuable lesson about onions and sunlight. I didn't realize they were so sensitive to it. The onion rows that receive the most sun are noticeably bigger.
