Weekly TL violated but Monthly intact, shorter [less reliable, borderline downright worthless in OTC] time frames don't exactly spell panic, elongated consolidation, think it's safe to say bulls are gassed. Monthly needs .45 frankly, or bring another .40 test [last one was brief]. Lack of .40/.45 support, or a breath of panic, the low from October's breakout is where I'll look.
