Well it is on a short run for sure. The quiet period does seem to be over and do expect some new focus on financials. The house passed the Barney gutting and there may be some movement in the senate. That is a nice catalyst. Second the fed is due to move in a few weeks. Third, earnings are coming. I expect Brian to raise the dividend. It is still too low.

All said, the fundamentals are there but the political periphery is always a wild card. The proper value in parity to other financials / book and many other comps is $28-30. Still expect $35 by year end.
