It all depends on how much of a mess previous management left behind to clean up. Having a receptionist as Product Manager certainly has to be addressed. Who knows what else?

I have to agree the old situation languished far too long. What bothers me is these changes weren't made years ago. The good news is TMMI does now finally have new reputable management.

This first step is changing the website, that will signal the start of restructuring process.
