Perhaps you both completely misread my post.

I was speaking about the convertible note holders that have turned in their dtc sheets (demand to receive stock at agreed upon 50-60% discount) so they can sell their shares at .0001 for an instant 100-120% gain.

THESE are the individuals I referenced in stating that it would be better served if they would wait to sell their shares much higher like we anticipate in doing. I was hoping to not have to have wasted an entire post explaining that. In any event, I spoke with Paul several days ago and he was not aware of any update or press release coming out at any specific time. It's his opinion that the company should be releasing news over the course of weeks. If anyone has any questions, the gentleman is easy to speak with and he responds to emails in a timely fashion. Due to Reg FD, he's not going to be releasing any type of information outside of the public domain. We all evilly anticipate a shareholder update concerning Crescent Construction and look forward to further by side interest when that comes. Until then, it's best to just sit idle and wait for the ask to go back to .0001 and fill their or bid sit as the bid obviously weakens. Most Traders are weak minded individuals and you can clearly tell that the bid this morning was just a lot of fluff to try to get people to purchase shares on the ask
