How do all these companies fit together as they collectively become industry disruptive innovators in the Security Industry?

Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD) is THE key to all business activity…

SMP has been building base robotic units for several years.

RAD, through their close relationship with SMP has taken the base units, added their own proprietary technology and combined that with NVIDIA enhancements as a result of their partnership with them. RAD has also partnered with Verizon. The details of both of these partnerships will be further discussed in upcoming PRs IMHO.

These RAD units are therefore heads and shoulders more attractive than the base units that have appeared across the world on a limited basis through what looks to be a smattering of a few sales/marketing companies. Also, SMP seemed to struggle with getting the units out and in use over the years and RAD’s team has created an unparalleled distribution network across the US and Canada that will be instrumental in accelerated growth and implementation of these units at a rapid pace.

The RAD units, as of 2017 are offered on a lease contract basis across the US and Canada and only available by RAD through an exclusive arrangement with SMP. 1.5M in contracted annual revenue announced thus far.

OMVS is the publicly traded entity with a very small O/S and Float count that is acquiring 100% of RAD. What we know about the O/S to date is 17.6M shares outstanding. We also know that there’s been some cleanup of outstanding debt, however speculation on the board is that this number (17.6M) has increased since announced back in March. The exact O/S & Float, yet to be determined, however, speculation has been anywhere from 20M to 40M shares.

Allied is the largest security firm in the country ($4.8B annually) with over 150K security guards on staff and they're the company that has an agreement now with RAD to roll out these units across the US. They are one of many security firms that RAD will target over time.

RAD has signaled where this whole thing is headed with an 8M EBITDA projection for year end 2018 which equates to somewhere between 30M and 50M in revenue.

Hope that helps... UF
