The goals for this scam is to print stock, send out misleading (lying) press releases orchestrated by Mike Irving a notorious associate of John Manion, DodI Handy and a plethora of scam companies that they all ran.
The scam company has changed names many times. Look at the BS name itself PharmaRoth Labs! There is no Pharma going on here. NO LABS, No one named Roth. No auditor. Little to no cash in the bank. An FDA denial. Controlling unidentified fraudster shareholders of millions of shares of stock"he fact that over the years it has printed hundreds of millions of shares at fixed prices ranging from $0.001 and $0.003, all while being traded between $0.005 and $0.01 goes a long way towards revealing ROTH's true colors as well.
