I just know what I heard, TMM had no interest in a settlement even though they have a ZERO chance of surviving an appeal or an abuse of process case. I dont know if this stance is from the new guy Healy or just from the stubborn Wiggins and the indicted Neff who are likely still running things behind the scenes. Hey its just money. LOL
