The original contract between ECOS BIO-Art LLC and Lakeshore called for a launch date of 90 days from the signing of a contract (one pilot plant to be installed and ready for testing by March 31). Evidently ECOS was unable to perform on their half of the deal and a new agreement had to be cut (April 28 ECOS PR). A new deal may have been struck directly between LRS and the Korean company that owns the patents, and the pilot was delivered and assembled to LRS in May. LRS has 105 days to make test runs and accept the unit. The unit looks good and can be viewed in the latest LRS newsletter.

The original contract was 8-k'd Dec 23, 2017. Nothing has been published since regarding any re-structured terms? Alan Handley, CEO of LRS, did state this spring that they had partnered with a Korean company to install airobic digesters...that's about it. ECOS is not a Korean Company??

ECOS remains SEC delinquent and is not yet in a position to be able to issue additional shares for warrants, or anything else, until they become compliant?
