The PR from 11/02/2016 stated that they entered a LOI with two companies Cresent has been confirmed by 8k and others calling. The second acquisition is still up in the air as to who it is of if it is still happening. There has been some speculation of Suncloake and even maybe ties to PHOT but nothing confirmed. It is anyone's quests as of now. I have a feeling we are gonna find out very soon and when we do we will have a runner that is gonna be well worth the wait we have had. I'm getting very excited. I read through the 8k last night again and they really crossed their Ts and dotted their I's on that acquisition. So I believe the business plan for the future will be very calculated. Patience will be rewarded greatly. $IHSI
