INDUSTRIAL NANOTECH-INTK-LACK OF TESTS
I first was very curious about the possibility that paint could actually serve as insulator. When I took the time to research the possibility I found that Industrial Nanotech was not able to provide a single test to verify that any of the products work.
A test result should include the name of a recognized laboratory or testing facility in in the USA, what product was being tested, what is was tested for and where you can view the results.
As a response to my question about lack of any tests, traderking60 (post 15949) was not able to include the name of a recognized laboratory or testing facility in in the USA, what product was being tested, what it was tested for and where you can view the results. That is test results provided completely out of any context have no value whatsoever. There is no indication whatsoever that the test results have any connection to any of the Industrial Nanotech products--they are just random test results. To me, this is just another verification that even the most ardent supporters are not able to provide even one shred of evidence that any of the products work as claimed.
The statement by Industrial Nanotech that ProtectX™ 4600 by Synavax™ is "approved for food contact according to FDA specifications to use in food environments" is equally as puzzling since it does not refer to any tests or certifications or who did the approval. In addition, there is no such thing as "FDA specifications to use in food environments" The closest I can find is that there is FDA guidance on nanotechnology but it appears that Industrial Nanotech is "in error" when they refer to specifications, When a company is making claims for food safety we should be extremely cautious and demand to see what data they are using rather than expose ourselves to potential harm.
