Class I is hardest to get because everything has to be evaluated. The wording makes it sound simple but it's the exact opposite. Upon class I approval the FDA is saying we have studied this from left to right top to bottom and it's so good we believe it doesn't need further FDA involvement. No regulations. So to get class I it is much much harder. They go over every little detail with a fine comb and then they do it again several times. My understanding is the iTbra has already passed all their tests. It's the IOT and the software for the iTbra that is under the microscope right now. The algorithms this product uses would make most people just say huh? When trying to figure out how it works. Over the counter will be huge for the iTbra. If they do it right and say get the iTbra as THE feature product on amazon they should be back ordered for years.
