A reverse split will NEVER happen here. If anything, with this low of a float, a FORWARD split could happen... increasing the number of shares awarded each shareholder. Once the merger is complete and OMVS is changed to BOTS or RADD or whatever the ticker may be, the PPS will fly fast and high. The demand for shares will be huge and they MAY want to do a FORWARD split to accommodate the BIG buyers.
