Fringe you are wrong on so many levels it is a joke. This statement takes the cake though. Everyone has their own management style. Me personally, I like to be soft spoken and polite 99.9% of the time with my employees. When I really need to make a point I will drop a loud F BOMB and have found it to be highly effective. Works well for me.
