I fully agree bcde. The NWS is not a valid contract for many reasons. But until a court rules otherwise, it IS the law no matter what your personal opinion is.

However, I think you have missed my point.

My point is that those who bought before the NWS were screwed over. They bought fully accepting the Conservatorship and existing agreement that they thought would save the companies.

Those who bought after the NWS could not have reasonably believed that the goal was to save the companies any more. Lawsuits inflamed, government started harping on wind down, the pps went to 29 cents per share. Those who bought at this point were PURE speculators.

Im not saying this is bad, please dont misinterpret me. But for these particular speculators to start crying about how their investment was stolen from them is insane. Nothing was stolen from this group at all. They knew what they were getting into, unlike those of us who relied on the original contract.
