With a 5+B OS, there WILL be an RS. But it won't be talked about until it's time. CEO could not say anything definitive about it without an 8K. But this SS speaks for itself - we will see it happen at some point. That in itself does not mean dilution - it depends on what they do after that counts. An RS followed by a reduction of AS would be a perfectly good move.
