There is some pretty solid DD being done on $PDGO by a few guys on Twitter. It's more a connect the dots investigation on whats in the works with the possible merger between $PDGO and Tide Petroleum and/or Nira Petroleum. They have found address connections, new CEO Nikos Glimidakis connections, Well Leases which some of them are actually on the Perry Family Land (Yes Rick Perry former governor and current Secretary of Energy). My speculation is the new CEO is merging companies to trade under $PDGO which has the active Stock Ticker. Neither Nira or Tide have active stock on OTC and CEO Nikos also CEO of Nira.
