First order of business when doing DD is to find out about ss if os is high and it is continueing to go higher. That is it no reason to do any further investigating. The only direction the stock will eventually go is in the toilet. No matter what deals they claim, no matter what happens dilution trumps everything they will wipe out all current investors. Watch and learn. You cannot compare this to sfo#. They dont dilute and the one year chart shows it. This here is crazy dilution.
