VC Daily: Early-Stage Cyber Deals Lag. Are Lofty Valuations the Reason?
Good day. While major cyber attacks have helped drive venture-capital investments into cybersecurity startups, early-stage deal activity hasn't returned to its pre-pandemic heights. The findings, outlined in a report by venture firm DataTribe, could serve as an indicator that surging startup valuations are working to dampen deal-making activity.

DXTR: deserves DD & watching.

I got in DXTR a little late. So far the pull back is looking like a typical pattern. This first run was nice but failed at resistance. This next run should pass through. At least that's my thinking. It closed well. So, Monday, I'm looking for follow through and continued volume. I think bounce potential is to fill gap. Then it will be interesting to see what happens.

1. It's low float.
2. In violation of NASD rules. However they have time. Interesting prospects. imho
3. This pull back looks to be traditional. We shouldn't be setting lower lows. As of close we have a higher low.
4. Most think the money raise is over for now.
5. Looking at candles. A little gap up at open wouldn't be a surprise.

Looks like reasonable risk for me. Needs to hold .19 at least for now. JMHO
