great to here from you
at my age i am just happy to here from people to make sure
they are not taking a dirt nap.

Pretty well have market profile down. It has prevented me from
getting caught out of position.

spy puts were up 1200% yesterday.

spy calls were only up 600%.

They generally will not top the market before expiration week
unless the market is selling hard
