What is the benefit for this company to manipulate as stated? The Admin and board of directors can't sell their stock until after profits are made, no PP shares have been sold and preferred shares are only sold to certain investors that meet strict financial guidelines (wealthy individuals). When investors buy stock on the open market it has no manipulative value to the company or its CEO. Until the management and the directors start selling their stock or the company increases the A/S and starts selling PP shares again, the statement of manipulation is just ridiculous crap slinging! Who is the supposed manipulation helping?
