The cer\?ed (asset) value of SIAF’s Tri-­-Way stake is $124+  million,  which  is  equivalent  to  $5+  per SIAF  share; this is in addi\on to the Company’s book value at $26.1 per share on December 31, 2016.  


So is the $24.78 mentioned also in addition to these $5+/share?
