More income for CNCG, USCF amended S-1 forms

USCF increases proposed registered shares for new oil funds, (3x Oil Fund and 3x Short Oil Fund).

Registration forms amended May 19, 2017.

Shares to be registered increased to 30,000,000 for each fund.
The proposed max offering price of $25/unit, gives a proposed max aggregate offering price of 750,000,000 (for each fund).

The new funds when opened would increase USCF's assets under management,
which will increase collected management fees to USCF,
which translates to more income to Wainwright,
and finally becomes more income to CNCG.
