Actually I understand little about that entanglement. It doesn't matter to me. I am following the outcome of the settlement/appeal knowing full well that no one, BTZO, GERS, and any other shareholders not in the inner circle, may see any of this windfall. But before KK does what ever he is going to do there will be a lot of notoriety, publicity and (probably misguided) enthusiasm for this stock. It is this euphoria I am trying to capitalize on.
