They have to vote on weather to accept the approved changes that the commons voted on. They ultimately have to approve or disapprove if they want to do the deal.........if they don't, nothing changes, if they do, the bank will hopefully start doing the Dutch auction on the preferred shares. It will be interesting on how much they will go for........how bad do you want out Mr. Clutterbuck? Maybe you should take that money and buy some commons!
